Throughout the campus expansion process God has been so faithful in providing every need. Prior to 2006 the church was told that it could not expand this campus without installing a $1,000,000 pumping station to remove the rain water runoff. However, when we analyzed the situation we discovered that the opposite was true. Not only can the church almost double the current building square footage, there is also 60,000 additional square feet we can add at a later date as needed.
God delivered the right civil engineers, the right architects and the right builder at just the right time. He coordinated the efforts of all three parties to produce an outstanding master plan that will serve ministry in profound ways when it is completed. God guided the site work and we now have excellent parking, drop off areas and gorgeous landscaping.
In 2002 the church purchased 100 acres of property located at Thomasville Road and Proctor Road in hopes of relocating the church to that site. Through a series of events between 2002 and 2006 it became clear that Celebration was to remain at its current location. In May of this year the church voted to allow the trustees to list the property with a commercial real estate firm. That occurred in May and the property is currently for sale with an asking price of $2.25 million.
At this point we are waiting for God to deliver the financial resources to begin the next step in the expansion process, a new gym. We firmly believe that when God is ready He will convict the right people to provide the necessary funding. If God has placed such a burden on your heart, please contact me and I will gladly receive your gift.

Celebration Baptist Church Welcomes You With Open Doors
By Jennifer Howard
Aug. 10, 2009
After a longer-than-expected wait, the front doors of Celebration Baptist Church are open again.
Although Celebration, located at 3300 Shamrock East, wasn’t closed, its front doors have been blocked by on-site construction for the past two and a half months. If you tried to attend during that time and were intimidated by not being able to get to the front doors, please try again.
Staff and congregation members expected the front doors to be inaccessible for only three weeks, but due to the large volumes of rain and underground pipe relocations, the doors didn’t open on Easter Sunday as hoped.
Parking overflowing onto the street, chain-link fencing surrounding the front of the church and mounds of dirt overshadowing the front lawn all posed barriers to attending Sunday morning services. Attendees had to make their way around to the side doors of the sanctuary.
A large fellowship patio, drop-off drive-through, new landscaping and parking are now accessible.
“We are seeking God’s wisdom and what he wants that to be,” said John Buck, Celebration Baptist’s Church Administrator regarding the next phase in the construction process. “God has really blessed the site work so far.”
Please come visit and we will gladly open our doors to you.
